- I AM SATIATED
I am satiated with the air of silence,
Where words remain suspended – lifeless corpses,
Thoughts wander like chaotic clouds,
In an endless, dark sky,
With mystical stains and marks.
I am satiated with old memories,
That, like frightened echoes in terrifying nights,
Return with the faint voices of the past,
And still call to me like hopeless orphans,
Like cursed spirits, in a spell.
I am satiated with lost moments,
That time drowns in murky waters,
And I, weary, exhausted,
Dissolve on its frightening shores,
Waiting for a new wave,
To erase the epitaph of pain,
On the gravestone of joy.
I am satiated yet still remain in search,
For a light to ignite the cold night of my mind,
For a feeling – to warm my icy heart,
And for a hope to lead me somewhere,
Even if it’s down a dead-end road of the future,
Just to feel that I am moving, pushing forward.
