Listen and learn

I treasured my boss’ listen and learn than what was taught most in school,
Let me deal with myself not only with people, time gave me more understanding,

Working with them was like sorting out soft and smooth from hard and rough,
You have to have lots of love, but sometimes have to be tough,

Started working at sixty-four, more than three grown ups now needed to have met and matched,
Listen and learn..everyone is a leader, respect each other’s leadership,

My two months’ time working has given me enough of what i have to see,
That my heart told me of what i have to give, hug and touch lives,

My mind kept on reminding me..tell people to value friendship more than they could ever be,
Listen to what your heart dictates, learning is limitless,
Changes its course through the passage of time.
